Hopkins is the #5 seed. They coasted to a win over Hofstra in the first round 10-4. They have beaten Navy 34 straight times, including earlier this year at Navy 12-5.
Navy had a thrilling win over North Carolina 8-7. North Carolina is one of the teams that defeated Hopkins during their 5 game losing streak.
Trudie Picks-Record crowds are expected as three Maryland teams (Hopkins, Navy, UMD) will be playing for chances to go to Boston. Navy did pretty well with the crowd on their side at the 2003 Championship, however Hopkins has the advantage that they won at Navy earlier in the year, and they have beaten them so many times in a row. I am a sucker for the underdog though, so I am going with Navy to win another close one.
